Our club continues to support local schools through our Buddy Bench Project, the dicitionary project and our Adopt-a-School Project.
Neigborhood Improvement Project
Members help improve our neighborhoods by providing home maintenance to home exteriors for resisidents that can't otherwise paint and fix-up their homes themselves.
Rise Against Hunger
In our Denton-Lake Cities community there are several organizations dedicated to serving the needs of the homeless and those that are food insecure. At Denton-Lake Cities Rotary, our members recognize that food insecurity occurs both internationally and locally. So, we are keen to volunteer our time to work with agencies that serve both the local communities and those in other countries.
Our club members volunteer with Rise Against Hunger to prepare food packages that were packed and sent to Haiti. This is a an annual international support event that our club does.
